Evil to myself, which my most commonly used kind of evil that is also the most productive kind.
I'm also using this to tell you ahead of time that I'll be in London from August 5th to August 12th, so internet usage will be limited and so will contact. I might just have to pretend like most of the internet doesn't exist for a while when that time comes.
My idea, anyway, has to do with that. For a long time I've been mulling over what book to bring with me to London. When I went to Paris last year, I brought along "Good Omens", which ended up being the PERFECT travel companion. Funny but dark, and long but still a short read because it's one of those books that hooks you in and doesn't let you go until you absolutely need to leave it.
However, this time I don't think I will be bringing a book to read.
For a long time I have been SO unproductive on the writing side. Sophomore year of high school I finished an entire draft in between AP classes. Junior year I nearly finished another draft, though that one ended up stretching into the summer where I was able to spend long, lazy hours on the shore writing (and tanning). Now the sequal of that draft is at it's climax, but it still needs a lot more writing, then I need to jump into the next book. (I have a six book series planned. Because I'm bloody insane like that.)
Thus, the plan is to NOT bring a book to read, but instead bring my notebooks and WRITE. Of course, that will be in between the sightseeing and such, but I seem to get a lot done during those nights in hotel rooms when my brother is on the computer and parents are sleeping. Hopefully my writer's block doesn't suddenly kick itself back into gear, which is part of why a lot of this year has been writing free.
P.S. Please take a moment to sign this petition against DC Comics! They've lowered their creative team from having 16 women to a mere 2, and I'm frankly appalled and outraged at their behavior regarding this.
P.P.S. My parents' 25th is also coming up at the same time that we'll be in London, and I'd kind of like to do something for them. Any ideas? I'm thinking I might bake something, like a cake of some sort, so if you've got any nice recipes that are relatively simple it might be helpful, though other ideas would also be lovely in case I haven't the time for that!

Deviantart... come on now
I have a bone to pick with you. One of the biggest complaints I have had and have seen others having on this site for the longest time is the inability to change their username. To change from something embarrassing your middle school aged self thought was pure genius was such a huge hassle that for many people it simply wasn't worth it. Finally I see two users that I watch use the newly implemented feature to change their username.
Of course, I've disliked mine for a while, and have wanted to switch over to the one that I use on most websites now. But when I got to the page, I saw that deviantart is requiring PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP for this cha
I haven't made one of these in a while...
...but I had to test out the journal skins for this free premium membership day hoopla. Plus Fluttershy is adorable.
If you haven't noticed yet, no I haven't moved. I think I'm still going to do uploads there and browsing here, but that means that I have to get my work to be all digital. Luckily, I need to do that anyway because I have a scholarship thing to sign up for at my school.
In other news, while I'm updating, I might as well tell you about KATSUCON PLANS! Because yes I am going and yes I'm excited. :la:

Friday - Fluttershy all day and also at the gala ball. I will be with my MLP:FIM group so we'll party together! Yay!

I have been using this for a while and have planned for a few years to change accounts when I turned eighteen. I am still seventeen, but I made the account now for a few reasons.
Firstly, I wanted to make sure that name would not be taken! theramblinggirl is also my tumblr name and I want to turn it into my primary internet name. Besides that, I am sick of looking at my old name from the years of Narutardom. I have grown used to it, but I still feel the need for a change.
Second, I am now a college student and wish to be seen more seriously, even though this website
DEAR LORD I'VE BEEN TAGGED!
The Rules!
1. You must answer the 10 questions that whoever tagged you asked.
2. Then you must tag, at most, 10 people.
3. You must create 10 questions for those people to answer. They can be random questions, but they mustn't be anything too rude or too sexual. Don't copy anyone else's questions. They must be your own questions. You cannot answer your own questions.
4. Go to their page and tell them they have been tagged.
:bulletpink: What song are you listening to now?
Blinding by Florence & the Machine
:bulletpink: What are your religious views?
I'm agnostic! And pretty comfortable with myself being sort of undecided.
